Liquid-O-Ring 156 is a high temperature machinery lubricant formulated with moly for added lubricity. Liquid-O-Ring 156 replaces many specialty products in applications where conventional multipurpose lubricants fail. It is designed specifically for heavy load applications under low speeds as well as applications with high loads, high vibrations, and shock loads to prevent untimely equipment wear. Liquid-O-Ring 156 has good pumpability and excellent water resistance. The extreme properties of Liquid-O-Ring 156 are due to its non-emulsifying characteristics which do not allow it to be broken down and eventually washed out. It has higher heat resistance than most greases. The combination of a high dropping point, high EP properties, and inhibitors for rust and oxidation of Liquid-O-Ring 156 assures maximum protection against wear and seizure even under the most demanding situations.
\nLiquid-O-Ring 156 is recommended for use where shock load, high loads, high vibration, contamination, or high temperature is a factor. Applications of Liquid-O-Ring 156 include shock absorbers, for wheel bearings with disc brakes, trailer bearings, and in machinery used in farming, construction, automotive, mining, paper, and steel mill industries.
