Liquid-O-Ring NC111 Silicone Non-Conductive Grease is a high viscosity, silicone-based grease that is used where non-conductive performance is required. It is thermally stable, chemically inert, and will not affect rubber or plastics. It is resistant to numerous organic and inorganic chemicals including CO2, moisture, and oxidation. This odorless grease is non-toxic and non-melting and does not dry out during service.Liquid-O-Ring NC111 services temperatures from -50\u00b0F to +400\u00b0F (-45\u00b0C to +204\u00b0C).Liquid-O-Ring NC111 is an excellent valve lubricant and sealant.Liquid-O-Ring NC111 is also recommended for use in downhole tools or equipment and allows ease of operation and disassembly.
\nLiquid-O-Ring NC111 is recommended for the following industries: Electric Wireline, Valve Manufacturers, Pipe Line Companies, Utilities, Gathering Systems, Valve Rebuilders, Chemical Processing and Refineries.Apply Liquid-O-Ring NC111 to perforating guns, wireline tools, plug valves, ball valves, and gate valves in high or low pressure operations.Liquid-O-Ring NC111 may be used to seal outdoor equipment, as a chemical barrier, a lubricant for rubber and plastic O-rings, a valve stem lubricant, on gaskets to prevent sticking to metal, a lubricant for valves, and to lubricate rubber and plastic.Apply Liquid-O-Ring NC111 by hand, brushing, or wiping, or by injecting with a high pressure grease gun.
